  Brandy was absolutely outstanding – truly a standout performer. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, no matter how many there were! If she didn't have an immediate answer, she quickly took it upon herself to find the information and delivered it promptly. She treated our project – which was complex with the new roof, panel installation, and tree removal – with such care and attention, as if it were her own. It was really special that she even thought about the installers, delivering pizza and coffee on installation day. Honestly, given the unique challenges of our project, it’s remarkable how smoothly everything went, and it’s all thanks to Brandy’s dedication.   I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I am with Evergreen Solar. From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding – truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Whenever I’ve called, I’ve always gotten a quick response and the communication has been so pleasant and helpful. Even after a year of having my solar system up and running, they’ve continued to be happy to assist me with anything I needed. A special shout-out to Jordan for his excellent service!   The team did a fantastic job getting this project across the finish line quickly. They really streamlined the entire process – from initial sales through permitting, installation, inspection, and finally, activation. It was impressive how quickly they moved things along. The only slight delay was the time it took for the local inspectors and National Grid to complete their work after installation, but overall, a really efficient turnaround. report abuse
