Honestly, my initial experience designing and ordering my cabinets was fantastic – a really positive one. However, things completely fell apart once the main order was placed. Suddenly, I was dealing with constant issues: small parts arriving late, incorrect moldings, and needing extra supplies to get my contractor finished. It’s been a nightmare, especially since I started this project back in May and I’m *still* waiting for things to be delivered. I was originally told they were being shipped by FedEx and to just be patient for 6-8 weeks, but it's been so much longer. I’m even on a list with NBC to share my story – I really want to prevent others from having this frustrating experience. I absolutely cannot recommend this group of people.
