  Overall, we were really pleased with Spencer Home Services. The trenchless sewer liner installation went incredibly smoothly – they completed the job quickly and exactly as quoted. The team was professional, friendly, and it was super easy to schedule both the initial estimate and the actual work.   Molly McLeod was fantastic – truly a top-notch plumber. She was so professional and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated that when she didn't know something immediately, she didn't hesitate to get the right information for me, even putting us all on speakerphone. While the price was a little higher than I anticipated, it was completely justified given the thoroughness of the work – she replaced our entire kitchen faucet quickly and efficiently.   Spencer Home Services was fantastic! Cesar, Oscar, and Jon were absolutely wonderful – they arrived on time, were incredibly professional and friendly, and kept me fully updated throughout the entire trenchless sewer line repair. They were even really gentle with my dog, which was a huge relief. The job itself was completed in just three hours, and I was really impressed with the technology they used – it’s like a dentist’s blue light, which is amazing for curing the resin.
