  Chris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with my pool pump. They went out of their way to come on a Saturday, were really honest about what I needed, and did a thorough and professional job – even advising against a service I hadn’t really considered.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. From start to finish, this was a truly terrible experience. The team, particularly Chris who seemed to be in charge, were completely unreliable and unprofessional. He didn’t even finish the initial setup, messed up the filter system, and then damaged my pool cover and caretaker system – ultimately costing me a significant amount of money. They also carelessly spilled leaves and debris into the pool, requiring multiple vacuuming sessions to clean up. After promising to return to complete the job, they simply stopped responding to my calls. I paid for a complete service and received nothing but a poorly done job and a lot of added expense. Honestly, this company and the individuals involved are simply out for a quick profit and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. report abuse

  I couldn’t have been happier with The North Shore Pool Boys! I had a 18x32 pool that had accumulated years of debris, and I honestly thought I’d have to completely drain it to get it clean. Luckily, I saw an ad for them and called. Chris was fantastic – he assured me they could get it done quickly, and they absolutely did! They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job for a really fair price. I’ll definitely be using them again for any pool issues I have in the future. report abuse

  Chris was fantastic! My friend recently bought a home with a saltwater pool and was completely overwhelmed with the upkeep. He responded so quickly and took care of everything – all the little problems – really efficiently.   Chris seemed really knowledgeable when I first contacted him about my pool service, but I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. There was no communication at all, and the customer service was just unacceptable. Honestly, it felt completely unprofessional, and because of that, I won’t be using his company again. My pool is still green, and it’s clear nothing was ever actually done. Seriously, avoid this company – you won’t hear from them if you need help. report abuse
