Overall, the training was really well-run and I enjoyed it. Stan was a fantastic host – he made the experience very welcoming. However, I felt like the two days could have been a little longer.

“I have to say, I’m incredibly impressed with AES. We had a frustrating issue with our new fire alarm system, and their support was truly exceptional. The original installer unfortunately didn’t follow up, but I decided to take a look myself. I discovered we had an AES 7788F and, thankfully, it had an ethernet port. Accessing the web portal was incredibly easy and intuitive – the status indicator immediately showed it was online and functioning correctly. Their support team was fantastic. Mike, in particular, was amazing – he was so knowledgeable and even asked if I had TeamViewer, which was a surprisingly smart move! After some troubleshooting with him and another tech, we pinpointed the problem to a low voltage reading on the daughter board. We got a replacement board the next day, and everything is working perfectly now. I want to give a huge shout-out to Mike, Stan, and the other tech who helped me – they were all so helpful and really knew their systems inside and out. And Katie in Customer Service was fantastic too, quickly processing my order and payment. Honestly, it’s been a real pleasure doing business with AES, and I highly recommend them.”

Overall, this is a really promising small company. Their products are fantastic, and the team seems genuinely friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with their responsive technical support – they’re available late and ready to assist with emergencies, which is a huge plus.
