The installers started setting it up, but upon discovering the missing part, they simply left without offering any solution or assistance.   This was a really disappointing experience. It seemed like the work was done very quickly and carelessly – the new liner was cut incorrectly. Worse, when I contacted the person to discuss the issues, they were completely unresponsive and just took my money and left. I strongly advise anyone looking for pool work to seek out a more experienced and reliable professional. report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with the job this person did. He left our pool half uncovered and frozen – it’s a terrible state of affairs. Not only that, the pool pillow deflated while he was there, and he completely ignored my calls after he left, but still managed to collect the payment.   Dave and his team did a fantastic job – they were really straightforward and professional, with no unnecessary complications. It’s a busy season for them, which explains why they’re a bit short on time, but the work was completely satisfactory. report abuse

  Seriously, avoid this person. Based on multiple reviews, he’s incredibly unreliable – he doesn’t return phone calls and the quality of his work is poor. Most people who’ve used his services have been very disappointed, so you’d be best to steer clear. report abuse

  Honestly, the experience was really disappointing. The crew arrived with a strong marijuana smell, and they left a significant mess – food wrappers and cigarette butts were scattered across our driveway after unpacking the pool. To top it off, they immediately started talking about needing to level the ground and pushed back a reschedule by a month. I wouldn’t go with this company again. report abuse
