  “I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience. American Wallzone initially seemed helpful when I contacted them about defective Plygem windows we purchased from them. They sent someone to assess the problem and ordered replacements. However, the new windows have since begun to fog, and after a long, unsuccessful battle with Plygem’s customer service regarding our lifetime warranty, American Wallzone stopped responding to my emails. It’s incredibly disappointing to realize they recommended a product knowing it had issues. Now we’re dealing with five defective windows and it’s clear this company doesn’t stand behind its products or its customers. I truly wish I had gone with a different supplier – this whole experience has been a major headache.” report abuse
