  “We’ve been incredibly frustrated with the entire window replacement process. Initially, they told us it would take about 30 days, but the timeline kept getting pushed back – to 60 days, then 90. We received windows that were the wrong size, and despite our efforts to resolve the issue, they repeatedly blamed us for the mistake, even though they had conflicting order information. It’s unbelievable how they could generate two quotes with the same ID number! Ultimately, they forced us to reorder at our own expense and refused to offer any compensation for the incorrect windows, which have been sitting in our home for over 150 days. It’s clear they lack accountability and consistently passed the responsibility onto us. We feel they’ve taken our money without taking ownership of the problems, and we wanted to share our experience as many of the existing reviews are outdated.” report abuse

  “We’ve had a really frustrating experience with the glass panels. The initial panels arrived with existing damage, and thankfully Thomasino was immediately notified on March 3rd. While he ordered replacements, and Jeldwen sent someone out, we’re now on our third rescheduled appointment for the fix, and we’ve been given a new date of June. Honestly, we’re losing faith that this will actually be resolved. It’s disappointing, especially considering we’d already paid the full $10,000 for the unit.” report abuse

  “I ran errands this rainy Friday and was really frustrated when my garage door suddenly stopped working. Luckily, I’d used Thomasino in the past and they were fantastic, so I called them. The technician, AJ, arrived incredibly quickly and replaced the broken spring in no time at all – and the price was fair.
