  “Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the way this company has recently handled things. It seems like something significant happened – maybe a key person was unavailable – and they’ve completely lost their way. We initially had a positive experience, but over the last few months, it’s been a nightmare. We got a quote back in late 2021, and in January 2022, we paid Isaac over $1000 for shower glass, with the promise it would arrive within 2-4 weeks and be installed immediately. Now, three months later, we haven’t heard back from them and we’re still out that money. I’m willing to reconsider my review if they can either return our payment or deliver the glass and get it installed. I appreciate honesty and would really value a call to discuss how we can move forward.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with the service we’ve received. We ordered a glass – originally estimated to arrive within 8-10 days on July 27th. It’s now been two weeks, and we still haven't received it. While I understand there have been supply chain challenges, the lack of communication and follow-up has been completely unacceptable. Every time we’ve called, we’re told someone will call us back, but no one ever does. We’ve left multiple messages and received absolutely no updates or estimated delivery dates. We’re out $2800 and completely in the dark about when – or even if – we’ll get our order. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend exploring other providers who prioritize customer communication. report abuse

  “I was so impressed with this company! They completely redid my shower, and the finished product looks absolutely fantastic. What really stood out was how quickly they got the job done – I only waited two weeks from getting my initial quote, which was significantly faster than the other glass companies I contacted who told me it could take up to two weeks just to provide a quote.” report abuse

  “I cannot recommend Isaac Smith or Oak Mountain Glass. My experience was completely unacceptable and, frankly, fraudulent. I paid a deposit of $865 six months ago for glass that he has never delivered or even acknowledged receiving. Despite multiple promises to refund my money – which he’s broken three times – he still hasn’t provided the glass and refuses to return my funds. I’ve formally reported this to the Better Business Bureau and have engaged an attorney to pursue legal action.” report abuse

  “I’m a local construction company owner and I’ve always been pretty frustrated with shower door installations. I recently used Oak Mountain Glass after getting a quote from Isaac, and I have to say I was really impressed. Despite some delays due to the challenges everyone’s been facing with supply chains during Covid, Isaac and his team stepped in and scheduled the installation right away. Honestly, I’ve worked with several glass companies before, and the quality was often disappointing. But the work Oak Mountain Glass did was exceptional – the craftsmanship was truly top-notch, and the door looks fantastic. I’m now completely switching to Oak Mountain Glass for all my future projects. It’s important to note that getting materials delivered can sometimes be delayed due to staffing shortages at the manufacturing plants, but Oak Mountain Glass handled the situation incredibly well.” report abuse
