  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Charlie and his team. They were incredibly professional – they quickly replaced my windshield at my house, and honestly, it was a lifesaver! They really seem to know their stuff, specializing in all types of glass work. The prices were great too. I went back just two days later when a rock hit my windshield, and Charlie had Dan take care of it.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. The job took a full day to finish when it should have taken just a few hours, and the new windshield was covered in dirt inside. To make matters worse, I had to wait over five minutes at the counter while the three employees were occupied before I could finally pay and leave. It wasn’t a great first impression.” report abuse

  “I was so shaken up when my daughter’s car was broken into in the Southside parking deck – the window was completely shattered. But I have to say, I was incredibly impressed with Cahaba Glass’s response. They were so quick to help, and the whole process was handled with a real level of professionalism. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and the technician who did the repair were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful.   “I had a really scary experience today – a rock completely shattered my windshield on the highway. Thankfully, my State Farm agent, Larry McIntosh, quickly gave me a list of local glass companies, and I contacted Cahaba Glass. Mr. Charlie, the owner, was fantastic! He immediately got to work removing the broken glass and making sure I had a safe replacement. He even had his team thoroughly vacuum the car and blow air through the vents – a really thoughtful touch!
