  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. A friend recommended them, and they seemed okay at first, but last week they were significantly late for our appointment. It took them ages to figure out who had scheduled us, and then they told us the measurement guy was busy at Lay Lake and wouldn’t be here until Monday. It’s now Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait around like this – they’re really wasting my time. report abuse

I called three times, each time being told someone would come and provide a quote, but I never received one.
