  “We’ve had a really frustrating experience with this installation. The initial shower door arrived damaged, and while they promptly sent a replacement, it turned out that one was also backordered. After waiting several weeks, they then ordered a different replacement door without even talking to us first. Worse yet, they informed us they wouldn’t cover the extra cost of the new door, and we still haven’t received a clear explanation of how much that cost actually is.” report abuse

He was so responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. I ordered twice, around the busy holiday season, and both times they completely exceeded my expectations – delivering the floors much sooner than initially estimated.   “We absolutely loved our experience at ProSource of Birmingham! They had such a fantastic selection of flooring and tiles – honestly, it was better than anything we’d seen elsewhere. Jeff J. was a huge help; he was so knowledgeable and offered really great advice, which actually saved us a significant amount of money compared to what we’d found online and in other stores. Nicole was also wonderful assisting us with some of our decisions. We ended up buying pretty much everything we needed for our bathroom remodel, including the vanity, countertops, sinks, lighting, flooring, faucets, and even the shower floor drain.
