  “We need to formally report a serious safety concern involving CMH Transport. Their pilot truck was observed traveling at excessive speed – approximately 75 mph – in heavy rain with a large, unstable load. The truck was throwing rocks and debris, posing a significant risk to other vehicles and potentially causing damage. We will be filing a claim regarding this incident.” report abuse
