  “I was so pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s service this Saturday. I had a leaking kitchen sink and they answered my call immediately. They gave me a clear timeframe – between 12 PM and 4 PM – and kept me updated on when the technician, Mr. Rider, would arrive. Mr. Rider was fantastic; he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and the cost, and fixed it efficiently once I gave the go-ahead.
