  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. We had to move our security service from our old home, and the rental house we ended up in was a complete nightmare. I cancelled our service in May of 2024, the very day our landlord gave us the green light to move out and get our deposit back. Throughout the whole process, I’d been working with an ADT representative while we searched for a new place to live. Despite finding a new rental and re-establishing service, we weren’t properly compensated for the previous charges – they weren’t reimbursed. Now, we’re still being charged $24.99 a month, and I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this. The customer service reps haven’t been able to pinpoint the source of the charges, and they’ve just given me an email address for a specific department to send my bank statements. It took a week of no response, a follow-up email, and still nothing. Finally, after a 20-minute wait on the phone, they realized the charge was from a house we only lived in for a week and had already vacated! It’s incredibly frustrating that they’re still charging for an account they’ve told me is closed, and the communication within the company has been terrible.” report abuse

  “ZAK was fantastic! He was so energetic and professional while canvassing the Pinecrest neighborhood in Dothan. I really appreciated his knowledge – I’ve been with ADT for over 16 years, and he offered some great advice about security cameras. Plus, he was just a really friendly and enthusiastic young guy – it was great to see someone putting in the effort to stand out in a town like Dothan.” report abuse

  Anthony was fantastic – he really took the time to understand my needs and explain all the different ADT security options, from wired to wireless systems and everything in between. He was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me quickly, which made the whole process so much easier. I especially appreciated his patience as I weighed my choices and he recommended a great installer, Jimmy, for the job. Anthony even followed up with me during the installation, checking in twice to make sure everything was going smoothly. Given it was a new construction project, it involved two visits, but thanks to Anthony and Jimmy’s hard work, it was a really smooth experience and I’m so glad I chose ADT. report abuse
