  “We recently had our pool installed by Cherry Hill, and unfortunately, we experienced a significant leak this past winter that nearly emptied the pool. We contacted our usual pool service company for assistance, who recommended we reach out to the installer. However, when we contacted Cherry Hill to have them investigate and repair the leak, they informed us they no longer offer a service department – they only handle initial installations. It’s definitely something to keep in mind if you choose them for installation, or ensure you have a reliable service provider in place to handle any issues that might arise afterward.” report abuse

They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the pool installation, taking such pride in their work and really wanting to make sure we loved it. Plus, they had some fantastic ideas for what to do with the excavated fill – saving us money on other projects we were planning.   “We’ve dreamed about having a pool for over 18 years, moving through four homes and two states along the way. We chose Cherry Hill Pools because we really believed in the quality of fiberglass pools and were so impressed with the length of their guarantee. From start to finish, the team was fantastic – they were incredibly accommodating with our design ideas and installation schedule, and they kept their word on everything. The installation was fast, clean, and surprisingly affordable. But honestly, the most amazing thing is how beautiful it turned out! Our backyard is now a real showplace, and we use the pool almost every day. I was completely blown away by how little maintenance it actually requires; I only spend about 10 minutes a week emptying the skimmer and adding a little shock.   “I’ve been really pleased with my experience with Cherry Hill Pools. We recently moved into a new home with an inground, self-cleaning pool, and they were fantastic in helping us understand everything about the equipment. They were so patient and helpful, offering some great suggestions that’s been really beneficial. What I especially appreciated was that they weren’t pushy at all.   “I was really pleased with my experience having Cherry Hill install my fiberglass pool back in 2008. The whole process was quick and easy, and the pool itself looks fantastic. It’s incredibly low maintenance – the in-floor cleaning and salt generator mean I don’t have to worry about vacuuming or adding chemicals. I’ve had it for four years now and haven’t had any issues at all. I actually close and open the pool myself, and I really appreciate Cherry Hill’s service.” report abuse
