It’s been incredibly frustrating – two separate times I was told someone would get back to me, but I heard nothing. This last time, I finally received a call after a week and a half, but by then I’d already hired another contractor. Honestly, it seems like they’re not really interested in taking on new projects, so I won’t be using their services again.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. They completely ignored our initial instructions and instead did exactly what *they* wanted, despite our clear requests. As a result, I’m now facing significant extra costs to have the work completely redone. Seriously, avoid this company – they didn’t fix anything, they made it worse, and I’ll be paying to have someone else correct their mistakes.
