  “I had a maintenance appointment with this company a while back, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I generally try to support veterinary businesses, but during the visit, they essentially just did a quick visual inspection and didn’t actually clean or change my filters – which is what I was hoping for. Then they told me my units were too old and couldn't be cleaned, and insisted I needed to replace them, quoting around $20,000. It’s been over a year now, and thankfully, both units are still working perfectly. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch situation; they seemed more interested in pushing new equipment and high profits, leaving huge margins for themselves. I’ve even noticed they’re offering incentives like $250 for referrals, which feels a little manipulative. I run my own sales business and I always make it clear that any promotional offers – like discounted service – are meant to build a long-term relationship. You don’t need to incentivize referrals with money at the expense of your customers; honesty and fair pricing are what really build trust.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with George! He was our last appointment of the day, but he still took the time to do a really thorough job inspecting our AC and heating system. He explained some great options to help us keep the system running smoothly for years to come, and the service was fantastic – really affordable too.   “We’ve been really pleased with their service over the past three years – they’ve always been quick to respond, and this time they resolved a capacitor issue really efficiently. The part was thankfully still covered by warranty, and they took care of everything for us without any hassle.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Super Fi Heating & Cooling. They responded to my initial inquiry quickly and sent someone out to diagnose the problem with my HVAC unit. Sadly, the unit itself was quite old and needed to be replaced. They were very helpful in working with me to find a suitable payment plan, and the installation happened just two days later. It’s worth noting that they’re not in the peak of their busy season yet, which may account for the slightly slower initial response time, but they’re definitely committed to getting the job done as quickly as possible.   “I was really pleased with the service – the team were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and patiently showing me how to use the new thermostat and all the improvements they’d made. They were very polite and professional, and they cleaned up everything so thoroughly after the job.
