  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with State 48 Home Services. From our initial conversations with Sein at State 48, he was fantastic – really professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Then, Stefan, Chris, and AJ did an absolutely amazing job installing our new Bosch system. They were punctual, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Seriously, they went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work State 48 did on our home. The entire team – Sean, Martin, Loui, Patrick, and George – were fantastic from start to finish. They were so professional, courteous, and we genuinely felt comfortable having them in our house. The project, which involved replacing two HVAC systems and adding insulation, wrapped up in just over two days, and each team member really focused on their specific task. They consistently showed up on time, even a little early, cleaned up meticulously after themselves, and kept us fully updated on the progress. We couldn’t be happier with the results! report abuse

  “Peter and his team at State 48 Home Services were fantastic! I originally used them back in June of 2021 when I needed a new A/C unit for my rental, and I’m so glad I went back to them this year when my old unit finally gave out. Peter gave me a really competitive quote, and I ended up with a great Bosch 19 Seer unit – a deal I couldn’t pass up. Oscar and Rodolfo did an amazing job installing it, and they even took the extra step of reworking the ducting to ensure the system was running at its best.   “I’m so happy with State 48! We recently had our HVAC system replaced, along with new insulation, and the whole experience was fantastic. Sean was amazing – he called me on a Sunday to explain everything and schedule the appointment, and he really worked around our busy Friday availability. The price was reasonable too. The installers were fantastic; they were quick and efficient. After the installation, Sean followed up to answer all my questions about the insulation and our annual maintenance plan. It’s clear State 48 cares about their customers, and I really appreciate their attention to detail.
