I contacted them because I was concerned about a property line overlap with my neighbor, and I needed to understand exactly how much of my land was affected. They scheduled a visit quickly, and Miguel did a fantastic job – it was efficient and thorough. To my surprise, the job turned out to be much simpler than anticipated, and they generously adjusted the price to reflect that. They also provided me with the plat maps and handled the recording of their findings with the County Recorder, which was a huge relief. While they seem to be doing a good job, I was a little concerned about them going onto my property – they went through my gate and made a U-turn.
