  “I’ve used this company twice to close my pool over the winter, and I was really happy with their service initially. However, I’m now dealing with a plaster issue from my original pool builder, and it seems they’re avoiding taking responsibility. I’ve contacted them multiple times – left two messages and sent an email, but haven’t received any response. Finally, I sent a text, and they responded saying they don’t want to be involved, which I found completely unacceptable. Honestly, with getting 45 messages a day, it’s clear they’re not prioritizing customer service, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.” report abuse

  I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience with Mid Atlantic Pools. I bought a pool liner back in June of 2011, and I’m still struggling to get a resolution to a serious issue with the quality of the installation. The owner handles both the sales and service, and unfortunately, the initial sales experience set unrealistic expectations about the liner’s appearance – particularly the visibility and how noticeable the seams were. We raised our concerns within 30 days, but received almost no response, aside from a really inconvenient late-night phone call trying to sell us extra services. They then passed us off to the manufacturer, who kept trying to send us back to the original contractor. It’s been a frustrating year of getting the runaround. Honestly, if you’re looking for anything related to pools, I would strongly advise you to avoid Mid Atlantic Pools. report abuse
