  “I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Bill Clutter from the Petoskey showroom. We were having a real issue with our screen door, and after trying to fix it ourselves, Bill came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He adjusted the door and it’s working perfectly now! He didn’t charge us a dime for the service call, but he kindly asked if I’d write a positive review – of course, I happily obliged!   I couldn’t be happier with my experience choosing Pella of Petoskey to replace all the windows in my house. Working with Jake Smith was fantastic – he really made the whole thing so easy and stress-free. He was always prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the windows and the installation process. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he patiently addressed them all, from figuring out the best products for my home to understanding the warranty.   Bill was fantastic to work with! He really took the time to understand our vision for the entryway – the double doors, side lights, and transom – and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the Pella products. He showed us several different options and configurations, which made the whole selection process so much easier and helped us get exactly what we were looking for.   “We were really pleased with the work Bill Clutter did replacing our patio doors and windows at our Burt Lake cottage last summer. The new windows are fantastic – they’re a high quality and we’ve already noticed a significant drop in our heating bills this winter. It’s made a huge difference in terms of comfort, too; the heat is much better controlled in the summer when the sun is shining and we’re not feeling the chill in winter anymore.
