From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly communicative and professional, patiently answering all my questions and clearly explaining every step his team was taking. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get things scheduled – we got started the same week we met! On the day of the work, they were punctual, extremely careful covering everything, and completely finished the job in a single day. What was really impressive was that while they were working in the basement, they noticed some areas needing reinforcement and took care of that as well.
