From the initial installation all the way through their ongoing maintenance, they’ve consistently provided reliable and professional service. I’ve had numerous technicians working on my system, and they’ve all been incredibly courteous, punctual, and genuinely effective. I really appreciate that the most recent tech, James S., takes the time to show me pictures of the equipment – it’s great to see what’s going on and understand the work being done. Honestly, it’s clear they value their customers, and I’ve been sticking with them for maintenance on my units for the past 13 years.   Raymond did a really great job today with the maintenance service on my AC. He was so courteous and professional, and I really appreciated how open he was about what he was doing and what he found. He even sent me pictures of his inspection, and offered some helpful preventative care tips. It was a really pleasant experience overall. report abuse

  Ray from Howard Air was a lifesaver! Our air conditioner went out around 5PM, and he was able to come out the same day to fix it. He really worked hard to figure out what was wrong and got our AC back up and running – we really appreciated his efforts. report abuse

  I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Howard Air. From start to finish, everyone was so professional and friendly – especially Henry and Casey, my technicians. They were incredibly respectful, did a really thorough and clean job, and I really appreciated their excellent service. The scheduling staff was also fantastic and got me set up for an appointment the very next day.   “I’ve always been really pleased with Howard Air – I’ve used them several times over the years and the technicians are consistently great. Recently, Hayden came out to check my AC system before the summer, and he was fantastic. He thoroughly inspected both the attic and the system itself, even providing me with photos and some helpful suggestions on how to maintain it and keep it clean. He gave me a fair quote for adding more insulation to the attic with blown-in insulation, and I really appreciated his professionalism.” report abuse

  Hayden from Howard Air did a fantastic job servicing our HVAC systems today.   Isaac did a fantastic job with my HVAC system. He was really thorough, sending over photos of the equipment and clearly explaining everything he found. I especially appreciated how neat and professional he was – he cleaned up everything afterward and was just a really friendly guy.
