They quickly repaired and shipped the regulator back to me – amazingly, it was all done within a week, even with the trip from Los Angeles to Arizona and back.   “I had a really frustrating experience with my Bentley’s back window – it started making a strange grinding noise and eventually broke while the window was down. The dealer quoted me an absolutely outrageous price to fix it. Thankfully, I found Studio 27 Auto Upholstery in the Keys, and Al was a lifesaver! He got the window regulator to me through UPS the next day, and it was back in time.   “I was really impressed with the service I received! My power window regulator on my 97 Caravan – it was a pretty chaotic situation with the plastic carrier cracking and the metal cover completely ripped off. Luckily, I found this company in Phoenix that specializes in regulator repairs. They do a lot of work on classic cars, so I knew they had experience. They rebuilt my original regulator, reinforcing the weak points with some epoxy, which gave me a lot of confidence. Jeremy, the technician, was fantastic – he answered all my questions and made the whole process really easy. It was a little pricier than buying a new aftermarket regulator, but I’m happy I kept my original regulator and got it upgraded with a metal pulley. It’s working perfectly now, and I’m really pleased with the quality of the repair.” report abuse
