He was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to assist me.

“This store is great if you just need a quick part, but honestly, the customer service was really unpleasant. The staff were incredibly pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable – like I was being followed around and pressured to leave quickly, no matter my situation. It’s frustrating because I’ve been a regular customer for years, living nearby, but that’s unfortunately changed.”
-
“I called to inquire about the availability of clear cedar, and the employee informed me that none was in stock. Unfortunately, this was completely untrue – I’d found it at another location. The person on the phone was incredibly dismissive and bordering on rude, and frankly, their response felt unnecessarily abrasive, especially given current market conditions.”
-
Julian was fantastic – really helpful and got me my product quickly and at a good price.
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed. They don't even provide any lumber, and I didn’t find a single piece of wood that was actually usable. It wasn’t worth the visit.
-
“I was really disappointed with this experience. The service didn’t provide what I needed, and the staff member wasn’t willing to assist me in finding a solution.”
-
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the store. The counter staff member seemed consistently unhappy and unfriendly, which made for a very unpleasant interaction. Sadly, this has led me to decide I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
-
It seemed like they were completely on their own, struggling to get things done without any support.
-
“I had a really positive experience there. The service was excellent, and the staff member I spoke with was incredibly kind and patient – they really went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking to get what you need.”
-
I found this to be truly excellent.
