  Overall, the experience was pretty good. We did encounter a slight hiccup with the initial delivery, but thankfully their customer service team worked quickly to resolve the shipping problems and get everything sorted out.   “It’s a really interesting company with a fantastic website showcasing some unique roofing options you just don’t find anywhere else.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with this entire experience. I was charged $1000 for a purchase and, since then, I’ve been trying to get this resolved. I’ve called their call center multiple times a day for a week, leaving detailed messages, and sent emails to their only provided address, but I’ve received absolutely no response or resolution whatsoever.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I was really disappointed with the service I received. It took an incredibly long time – fifteen minutes – just to find out they didn’t even carry the part I needed.   “I’d really advise against ordering from this company until you’ve confirmed they’ve actually sent you the correct items. It seems to be a recurring problem based on other reviews – they’ve repeatedly sent the wrong things. In my case, they sent me the wrong stuff and, unfortunately, weren’t willing to accept a return because I hadn’t opened the package yet.” report abuse
