“I was really impressed with my experience at this store. Calvin was fantastic – so knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely helpful. He really took the time to explain things to me, and I’m so glad I didn’t let the negative reviews online deter me; it was definitely worth the drive!”
-
“I’ve been using Landscults Landscape for years, thanks to Perry Nelson’s recommendation back in around 1992. I bought all my equipment there and always appreciated the fantastic advice I received. Whether I was tackling a small weekend job or a larger project, I could always count on Landscults for support.”
-
“I’ve always been really pleased with Dynamortar – I used to buy Supermortar there and found it consistently gave me much better results than those pre-mixed products. It’s much easier to work with, and I’ve always achieved a professional finish.”
-
“Overall, we had a really frustrating experience at this location. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone to answer the phone during business hours, which made finding the specific brick style we needed a significant hassle. Thankfully, Marvel was able to help us out.”
-
“I went to this place to place an order, but unfortunately, they weren’t open to the public and wouldn’t let me in because they hadn’t updated their website with their new closing time. It seemed like they weren’t interested in customers at that point. I’d really recommend calling ahead to confirm their hours before visiting, or finding somewhere else to spend your money.”
-
“We were really disappointed with our visit to the Bell location. We drove out specifically to get there at 3:45pm, but found an employee already closing the gate. It seemed odd, especially considering the sign clearly stated it was open to the public. It made us feel like their hours weren’t accurately reflected and that they weren’t particularly interested in serving customers.”
-
Honestly, the staff are fantastic – really helpful and friendly. However, the biggest issue is the way the company handles material orders. Requiring full pallets of pavers for a relatively small order like 70 square feet feels incredibly excessive and like a complete waste of money. It’s a really frustrating process.
-
Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. They seem severely understaffed, which led to a huge delay – I ended up wasting almost an hour just waiting in line to return the pallets and then unloading them myself. Plus, the $15 deposit feels excessive. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have plenty of time to spare.
-
He was a bit gruff at first, but the counter clerk – a younger guy who reminded me of the guy with the mop – quickly warmed up and became really friendly. He was also incredibly strong; I saw him easily lifting some really heavy gates.
-
“I’ve been really impressed with the team here – especially Tony who operates the forklift. He’s incredibly efficient and gets my cargo invoiced and loaded so quickly, which is fantastic!”
