  “I went to this place to place an order, but unfortunately, they weren’t open to the public and wouldn’t let me in because they hadn’t updated their website with their new closing time. It seemed like they weren’t interested in customers at that point. I’d really recommend calling ahead to confirm their hours before visiting, or finding somewhere else to spend your money.” report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with our visit to the Bell location. We drove out specifically to get there at 3:45pm, but found an employee already closing the gate. It seemed odd, especially considering the sign clearly stated it was open to the public. It made us feel like their hours weren’t accurately reflected and that they weren’t particularly interested in serving customers.” report abuse

  Honestly, the staff are fantastic – really helpful and friendly. However, the biggest issue is the way the company handles material orders. Requiring full pallets of pavers for a relatively small order like 70 square feet feels incredibly excessive and like a complete waste of money. It’s a really frustrating process. report abuse

  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. They seem severely understaffed, which led to a huge delay – I ended up wasting almost an hour just waiting in line to return the pallets and then unloading them myself. Plus, the $15 deposit feels excessive. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have plenty of time to spare. report abuse

  He was a bit gruff at first, but the counter clerk – a younger guy who reminded me of the guy with the mop – quickly warmed up and became really friendly. He was also incredibly strong; I saw him easily lifting some really heavy gates. report abuse
