  “Mr. Murry and Steven Cardenas were over today to discuss our window and shower replacement options. They explained the process thoroughly and took accurate measurements of our windows. However, their initial price proposal seemed a little high, and when they also brought up the shower replacement, the numbers just kept climbing. We eventually suggested a total lump sum of $50,000 for both projects, and Mr. Murry had to go back and talk to his boss to get that price adjusted. I was pleased that he was able to bring it down to about $339 below that – that was a really helpful step. Overall, I thought Mr. Murry was a decent salesman and a good negotiator.” report abuse
