  Jaycee and Tim were absolutely fantastic! They completely avoided the typical sales pressure and instead took the time to really understand our needs when we were looking for a sliding door and two windows. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and genuine they were – they explained everything so clearly and patiently, walking us through the entire process from start to finish. It was clear they genuinely cared about finding the right solution for us, and we really felt like we could trust them. I’d highly recommend them to anyone – they’re a fantastic team! report abuse

  Overall, the windows themselves are excellent quality, but our experience with Dabella has been incredibly disappointing. We had them install four windows in the fall of 2020, and since then we’ve been waiting for them to address the damage they caused to our window framing and house. While we understand the pandemic likely caused delays, the lack of communication and follow-up has been a huge frustration. Despite repeatedly contacting them with photos of the damage, we’ve received no updates or action. At this point, I’m seriously considering getting another contractor to assess the repairs needed because Dabella just isn't providing the support we expected and require. report abuse

I was really impressed with the products they offered too.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with DaBella. Amanda did a wonderful job presenting the product and service, and she was so personable and genuinely caring – she really helped me feel confident in my decision. I was particularly impressed that they were able to stick to the timeline I provided. Chris Honeycutt was also a great point of contact, always friendly and helpful with any questions I had. And finally, Tim and Paul, the installers, were both incredibly professional and courteous; it was actually quite enjoyable having them work on my window and door.   “Carter and Justin were fantastic – they really gave us a great deal that was tough to pass up. They were also incredibly flexible with our schedule, even though I get off work late, and we still managed to make our appointment.   We absolutely love our new windows from DaBella! Steve and Fabiana were fantastic – so friendly, professional, and patient, answering all our questions and really making sure we were happy with everything. The installation crew was also fantastic; they were incredibly efficient and got the job done in just half a day, leaving our home spotless. We’re really enjoying the beautiful view from all 17 windows and have noticed a huge difference in how comfortable our home feels – it’s so much warmer!
