I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company provided. From start to finish, it was a chaotic and unprofessional experience. We had subcontractors coming from everywhere, and there was a serious lack of communication – they’d simply disappear one day without a word. Multiple times we had to have them redo work, and several things were left unfinished. The quality of the work itself was shockingly poor. For example, one door was painted with the knob still attached, and they used mismatched, pieced-together wood for the garage door. The new back door didn’t latch correctly, the water line wasn't properly secured (and caused a significant noise issue), and during the repair, they damaged my ceiling with a terrible patch job that they never addressed. Beyond the poor workmanship, there were also concerning instances of theft – someone stole my new ladder and another used my step stool. They even used my hose to clean their brushes, resulting in paint covering my yard. After bringing these issues to their attention, they completely ignored us and stopped responding. It’s clear they don’t value their reputation or their customers’ satisfaction. I cannot recommend this company.

“We were absolutely thrilled with the remodeling of our master bathroom! The team was incredibly professional and kept everything so clean and organized throughout the entire process. It was by far the smoothest remodel we’ve ever undertaken, and we’re so happy with the beautiful and functional results.”

“We’ve had this sink for just over a year now, and unfortunately, we’ve had some issues. We’ve needed to use a heavy-duty cleaner like Soft Scrub to keep it clean, and even that stopped working effectively. Plus, we’ve noticed some chipping within the first three months – it’s not holding up very well.”

Honestly, my experience with this company at the Home & Garden show was incredibly disappointing. I scheduled a consultation and estimate for Thursday, but they canceled at the last minute and then completely disappeared. They didn’t even bother to send a notification or follow up – I never heard from them. Given their lack of communication and professionalism, I wouldn’t trust them with any home improvement project; it would clearly be a complete waste of time and money.

“I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Maxum did! The new wood-like tile flooring has completely transformed my home – it’s so much brighter and more spacious now. Fantastic job!”

“We were absolutely thrilled with the remodel! They did a fantastic job transforming our house – the new floors and paint look amazing, and we especially loved the kitchen backsplash and the room conversion. They were very professional and left the site incredibly clean. It was great working with Nelson.”
-
“I was really impressed with this company. Everyone I worked with – from the design team with Jerry and Brian to the install team and production led by Stephanie – consistently went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic job.”
-
“Overall, I was really pleased with the service. They were incredibly professional and transparent throughout the whole process – there were no unexpected costs or surprises. And best of all, the project was completed within two weeks, which was fantastic. It’s clear they’re a well-run operation.”
-
“I can’t recommend these subcontractors. Frankly, they were the worst we’ve ever worked with – by far. It was clear they lacked any real understanding of construction, and it seemed they were simply hiring the lowest-cost options without regard for quality or experience. Please, avoid using them.”
-
“Overall, this is a really solid business. They clearly know their way around and consistently deliver on what’s expected.”
