  “I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The technician seemed completely uninterested in actually diagnosing my issue, and just tried to push a $41 battery on me – a price significantly higher than what I could find online. He didn’t offer any new information or insights, and then attempted to inflate the price of the actuator while refusing to honor my warranty request. Frankly, it felt like a blatant attempt to mislead me. I ended up having to handle the warranty issue myself – which is incredibly frustrating. The whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional, and I definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of.” report abuse
