“I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The technician seemed completely uninterested in actually diagnosing the problem, and instead just tried to push a $41 battery on me – a battery I could have purchased online for $15. He didn't seem to listen to anything I told him, and he refused to investigate the issue properly. Worse, he attempted to inflate the price of a replacement actuator while denying my warranty claim, which he then surprisingly resolved himself. It felt like he was deliberately trying to overcharge me and mislead me. His refusal to follow basic instructions was frustrating, and frankly, felt dishonest. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of.”
