  I wasn’t happy with Chickasaw Demolition, particularly with Tom. I contacted them for a quote on removing my pool, and while the initial conversation was okay, Tom came out to assess the job a few days later. He asked for my email address at the end, which I sent right away, and he said he’d send over the estimate. However, a week has passed and I still haven’t heard anything, nor received the estimate. I double-checked the phone number I sent him from – we’d already been texting to schedule the appointment. What really concerned me was a story Tom shared while he was at my house about a previous job. He told me he drained a green pool directly into the street, because the homeowner couldn’t find the drain. The city got involved and issued a violation. It seemed incredibly unprofessional and unethical to me, and honestly, it made me seriously question the integrity of Chickasaw Demolition – I wouldn't consider using their services. report abuse

  Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work [Company Name] did demolishing our pool. They were consistently reliable, arriving on time and meticulously cleaning up the site each day. Tom, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure the fill dirt and topsoil were installed exactly to our landscape design specifications – we couldn’t have asked for a better result.   Tom and his crew were fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tom was incredibly responsive, came over, took a quick look at the spool, and gave us a really great price. He clearly explained everything we needed to do to get access to the yard and the removal process itself. They arrived the same week and got the job done the very same day.   “I was really impressed with Tom and his crew – they completely transformed my diving pool in just two days! The finished pool is fantastic – a perfect 9’6” deep with a lovely cool deck and the excavation work below grade was expertly done, you wouldn’t even know it was there.   Tom and his crew were absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to the final cleanup, they were incredibly professional, skilled, and really took care of us. We had a huge concrete slab removed – 90 by 90 feet – that connected to our house, and they handled it with such precision and care. They didn’t even disturb our plants or our home next to it! It was amazing how seamlessly they worked. Plus, we added 7 landscape boulders and they delivered and positioned them perfectly.   Tom and his team did an absolutely fantastic job demolishing my pool. They were incredibly professional and completed the entire project in just three days – which was amazing! They even had to adjust a section of the fence to get their equipment in, and you wouldn’t know it was ever there once they were finished.   Bob did a fantastic job – he really tackled a tough job getting that cat into the yard! He even had to remove a tree to make it happen, and he took care of all the debris. Plus, he handled the old pool filter and pipes efficiently. Overall, he left the yard looking great and stayed within the agreed-upon price. I’d definitely hire him again. report abuse
