  “I can’t recommend Chickasaw Demolition highly enough! We hired them to completely overhaul our front and back yards, and Tom and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job. The project was quite extensive – involving a huge amount of debris removal, dismantling an old pond, and taking down some old sheds – but they tackled everything with incredible skill and precision. Tom was so responsive to all my questions and concerns, and his attention to detail was remarkable. He really treated our property like his own, and I especially appreciated how mindful he was of our neighbors on either side; he even took care of hundreds of buried railroad ties that bordered their yards without ever causing any issues. They left the whole place looking better than ever before, and honestly, you won't find a more professional or reliable team.   Chickasaw did a fantastic job with our pool project! Tom was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, from the initial demolition to filling the pool. He was really transparent about the costs and timeline, and we appreciated his honesty. They took care to remove all the old equipment and ensured everything was done to code. What really stood out was Tom's attention to detail – he was particularly mindful of protecting our landscaping, which was very important to us.   “I unfortunately wasn’t satisfied with my experience with Chickasaw Demolition. I contacted them for an estimate on removing my pool, and while the initial contact with Tom went smoothly, he came out to assess the job. After the appointment, he asked me for my email address and said he’d send over the estimate. It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t heard anything. I double-checked the number I texted him – the one we’d used to schedule the initial visit – to ensure it was correct, but still no estimate or contact. What really concerned me, though, was a story Tom shared with me during the appointment about a previous job. He described how he drained a green pool directly into the street, after the customer couldn’t find the drain, and the homeowner ended up receiving a violation from the city. It seemed incredibly unprofessional and raised serious questions about the company’s ethics. Honestly, hearing that kind of story made me hesitant to consider them, and I wouldn’t be comfortable doing business with Chickasaw Demolition based on this experience.” report abuse

They were punctual, cleaned up as they went, and the final cleanup was so thorough – you wouldn’t even know they’d been there with the bobcat. Tom was also incredibly resourceful and saved me a lot of money by successfully salvaging my concrete foundation.   “I can’t say enough good things about Tom and his crew! From the very first phone call to the final cleanup, they were absolutely professional – incredibly skilled, thoughtful, and surprisingly affordable. We had a huge concrete slab removed from our property, and they handled it with such precision and care. They completely demolished it and took it away, and thankfully, they were incredibly careful not to damage our plants or our house next door. It was honestly amazing how well they worked. We also bought some landscape boulders, and Tom delivered and placed them perfectly. We’re so thrilled with the service – thank you, Tom!” report abuse
