I had a persistent leak in my old fire sprinkler for weeks, and I’d contacted several other companies who just kept putting me off with delays and ultimately, no solutions. Then I found RJ, and it was a complete game-changer. He responded incredibly quickly, scheduled an inspection the very next day, and the job was actually completed within three days! What really impressed me was that RJ and his team went above and beyond – they used parts they had on hand to replace the sprinkler and even fixed the damaged pipe and reinstalled the ceiling board, all without adding any extra charges.   Kyle was fantastic – he really went above and beyond during my visit. He called me the day before to let me know when he’d be there, and he was incredibly helpful when I discovered a possible leak in my sprinkler system. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and helped me figure out the actual cause, which turned out to be an issue with my roof. He even tested my fire alarm system and made a few small adjustments to make sure it works perfectly. Best of all, he walked me through the maintenance checks I can do myself, so I know what to look for.   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Service 1st Fire Protection, and especially RJ, were fantastic. I had a serious issue with my fire sprinkler system – the gauges were failing and there was a major leak from the overflow valve – but RJ responded incredibly quickly, coming out on July 4th to get everything fixed. He was so professional and clearly knows his business. I’m a very grateful customer and will definitely be recommending Service 1st to anyone needing fire protection services! report abuse
