I wanted to express my serious concern about the service visit today. The technician entered my apartment without knocking while I was changing clothes, which was completely unacceptable. When I approached him, he ignored me. Furthermore, he didn’t even bother to check the fire alarms – a crucial safety step. I expect a more professional and respectful service experience.

“I was unfortunately cut off this morning at 6:00 AM on 303 and Waddell Road. It seemed like a really aggressive drive, going over 80 mph at that time, and I just wanted to bring it to the owner’s attention – perhaps there’s a reason for the speed and a need for internal review.”
