  This company was incredibly frustrating to deal with. Our initial service appointment was a no-show, and they essentially canceled our service. Subsequent appointments were repeatedly rescheduled with very little notice, and we ended up waiting over an hour past the new time. Honestly, it felt like our time wasn’t valued at all. I’d strongly recommend exploring other options – this company seems unreliable and disorganized. report abuse

  “I contacted them to get a quote for a glass shelf unit. After sending over some details via email, I received a call back and spoke with a representative who was unfortunately very rude. Despite explaining what I was looking for, he came across as dismissive and made me feel like I wasn’t understanding things, which was frustrating. Ultimately, I decided not to proceed with them – it just didn’t feel like they were genuinely interested in my project.” report abuse

  “I contacted this company about six weeks ago and they identified some leaks around my office windows. They promised to get me a quote, but I haven’t heard back from them at all since. I’ve been trying to get in touch repeatedly, and they’ve always said they’d call back quickly, but nothing has happened. Now the windows are still leaking and I’m worried about potential mold growth – it’s really frustrating.” report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with ABC Glass Co.! I recently replaced all 20 of my windows – a huge undertaking – with Milgard windows, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. I had a lot of companies to choose from, but ABC Glass stood out from the start. They were so professional from the initial measurement and estimate all the way through. The windows were ready in just two weeks, and the installation crew was fantastic. They were punctual, meticulous, and took care of every little detail, even cleaning up completely after themselves. Now, my house is noticeably quieter and doesn’t rattle like it used to. Honestly, if you’re considering a window replacement, I wholeheartedly recommend ABC Glass Co. – you’ll be impressed with their service and feel confident you’ve made the right choice. report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with abc glass. I hired them to replace a broken exercise mirror, and the whole experience was a huge hassle. They initially sent someone to measure, provided a quote, and scheduled the installation. However, the mirror they installed was too thick, and then they sent a second mirror that was ten inches too small! After another visit, they attempted to fix it by just pushing the mirror against the wall, which was clearly a temporary and inadequate solution. Despite all the problems and wasted time, they insisted on charging me full price. They even tried to claim a discount for “fixing” the existing mirrors, which was completely fabricated. The customer service was appalling – one of the employees argued with me on the phone and ultimately hung up. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I’m still waiting to hear back from the owner, and frankly, I feel completely unsupported and undervalued after this incredibly stressful experience. report abuse
