  “I was really pleased with the work this insulation company did for us. They tackled a tricky job – our attic is quite cramped and we had to crawl across a beam to get them working – but they were incredibly dedicated and efficient throughout the whole process. The quality of their insulation work was fantastic, and to top it off, they were also very competitively priced, which was a major plus.   “We were really disappointed with the experience we had with Barrier Insulation. They used a subcontractor, BW, to do the spray foam insulation in our attic, but we weren’t informed about this beforehand. The quality of the work was terrible, and unfortunately, we couldn’t communicate with anyone from either company due to a language barrier. To add to the frustration, they completely blocked off our attic access, and neither Barrier Insulation nor BW seems willing to step up and address the problems they caused.” report abuse
