  “I was absolutely thrilled with this company! I’d been battling really hot rooms in my house since I bought it in 2019 – the brick walls would get unbearably hot during the summer. Finally, I called them in 2024 and got a fantastic quote, significantly cheaper than other companies. I was a little hesitant at first, but the difference was immediate. My walls stopped being scorching hot, my rooms stayed cooler for much longer, and my AC wasn’t running as much, which really helped my energy bills. But the best part was the pest problem. They treated the cracks in my brick walls, and a huge number of crickets, silverfish, and other bugs just disappeared! It was amazing. They then sprayed the rest of my house – the wood, drywall, and interior walls – with the same solution, and I haven’t seen a single bug since. Now my house is cooler, quieter, and completely pest-free. Honestly, I got four huge benefits: a cooler house, a lower APS bill, a bug-free home, and a much quieter living space. He was incredibly responsive and provided a clear estimate based on the square footage – and his quick replies gave me a lot of confidence. Ultimately, they were the most affordable option. When the work began, Cole, the team lead, was fantastic; he kept me informed about his schedule and was right on time. We did run into a slight issue – the walls needed less foam than initially estimated, which is common with older houses – but Cole was completely honest about it and adjusted the price accordingly.   “I recently used this company for insulation in my 1960s block home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dennis was fantastic – he really explained everything clearly and professionally. He was so efficient that he even insulated my neighbors' homes the same day! The workers were incredibly courteous and did a wonderful job.   “I was really pleased with the work Dennis and his team did. There’s a huge improvement in the bedrooms of our block home – especially the ones facing west, which used to get unbearably hot in the summer. Now they’re much more comfortable, just slightly warmer than the rest of the house. Just a quick note for anyone else getting this done – be aware that the expanding foam might trigger your breakers, but it was easily resolved later that day once the foam had dried.” report abuse

  “A couple of years back, I purchased a four-plex and had a tenant in one of the end units reporting inconsistent temperatures – colder in the winter and warmer in the summer – near the exterior walls. I hired Thermal Advantage to insulate the hollow block in those units, and it’s made a huge difference! My tenant is now really happy with the even temperatures throughout the apartment.
