  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received! I’d been battling really hot rooms in my house since I bought it in 2019 – the brick walls would get scorching in the summer. When I finally called this company in 2024, they gave me a fantastic quote that was significantly cheaper than others, and honestly, I was a little hesitant at first. But the difference was immediate – my walls aren’t hot anymore, my rooms stay cooler for much longer, and my AC isn’t running as much, which has really brought down my electricity bill. But the best part was the pest control. I had a terrible cricket problem, and they were crawling out of the brick walls. They sprayed, and almost instantly, all the bugs disappeared! Now my house is completely pest-free, and my home is so much quieter – no more cricket chirps or noise from other rooms. Honestly, I got four fantastic benefits: a cooler house, a lower electricity bill, a pest-free home, and a quieter living space. They even patched up the holes after they finished!   “I got a few quotes for spray foam insulation in my block wall, and Dennis from Thermal Advantage was fantastic from the start. He responded so quickly and gave me a detailed estimate based on the square footage – and he was the most affordable option after I compared them. Dennis was also just really responsive, which made me feel really confident in choosing their company. Once the work began, Cole, the team lead, was fantastic. He kept me updated on his schedule and was always on time. He clearly explained everything and got right to work. We ran into a small snag – the walls needed less foam than originally estimated, which is pretty common with older houses. But Cole was completely honest about it and immediately adjusted the price to reflect the change. Honestly, that level of honesty and integrity was what really impressed me.   “I recently used this company for insulation work on my 1960s block home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dennis was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He was so efficient that he even completed the work on all three of our houses the same day!   “I was really pleased with the work Dennis and his team did. The foam injection made a huge difference in the bedrooms of our block home, especially the west-facing rooms which used to get incredibly hot in the summer. Now they’re much more comfortable, just slightly warmer than the rest of the house.   I was really pleased with the work Thermal Advantage did on my four-plex. A tenant in one of the end units had been experiencing inconsistent temperatures – colder in the winter and warmer in the summer – due to the walls being close to the exterior. They hired Thermal Advantage to fill the hollow block with foam insulation, and it completely solved the problem! My tenant is now really happy with the temperature consistency in all the rooms. The team from Thermal Advantage were fantastic – incredibly friendly and did a really professional job. I’m now considering having them do the same thing for the walls separating the apartments; I’m hoping it will help reduce the noise from one unit bleeding into the next. report abuse
