“I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Heser Masonry did for me. Gordon and his team were fantastic – truly professional and a pleasure to have around. They built a really impressive insulated garage with those towering 16-foot walls and a fantastic setup with three different sized garage doors and two man doors. What really stood out was their attention to detail; they noticed a few things I hadn’t quite gotten right and caught them before they became a bigger problem. You could really tell they had a lot of experience. They were consistently on time, starting work at first light, and Gordon was always available – he was incredibly responsive, whether I called him directly or his office.”

Heser Masonry did a fantastic job building the block wall and installing the two new gates around our backyard. The quality of the work was really solid, and we were happy with how affordable the project was – we’d absolutely hire them again.

Honestly, our experience with Heser was incredibly frustrating. We initially requested a quote and they said they’d get started when they could. However, after a month of waiting, we were repeatedly pushed back, and it ended up taking another month before any work began. We then received a much better quote from a different company, and they completed the job quickly. Despite this, we haven’t heard a single word from Heser since – it’s been months! I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a very low rating.

“Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back from them at all – no calls or messages.”
