  Overall, the finished product was exactly what I requested – the top and dimensions were perfect, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the metal itself. It had noticeable imperfections, and when I raised this with Cody, he explained that there was no guarantee of the metal’s condition and that the supplier didn’t offer any guarantees about blemishes. Given the significant investment of around $400, I felt it was completely unacceptable and expected some form of compensation for these imperfections. report abuse

  “I’ve been a customer here for about five months, and initially I was really happy with the service – they quickly cut a tube for $25. However, when I brought the same tube back recently, the employee wasn’t sure he could do it, and then quoted me $75. It seemed a huge jump in price for such a simple job, especially since it took him only 8 minutes the first time. He explained it was their hourly rate, but I was disappointed that the price changed so much for just cutting a single tube. Honestly, I’m going to have to look for another place to get this done from now on.” report abuse
