  “JL Stainless Steel did a small fabrication job for my project, starting with taking measurements. Unfortunately, after that initial visit, there was a complete lack of communication for nine days – they didn’t respond to any of our attempts to get updates. Then, they suddenly informed us they couldn’t continue the work because of the Project Manager’s illness. While I appreciate that unforeseen health issues happen, the total silence and the way they handled the situation was really disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re working with tight deadlines on a commercial project, I’d definitely recommend having a backup plan in place.” report abuse
