  “Honestly, it’s been a really disappointing experience. We’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, through quite a few changes with the company – different owners and names – and we always appreciated their service. Unfortunately, things have really fallen apart recently. Just before our Memorial Day party, the pool was shockingly green and needed immediate treatment. Despite repeatedly contacting them and sending pictures, we haven’t received the support we desperately needed.” report abuse

  Honestly, if you’re looking for a service that completely restores your pool or spa to its original condition every time, this company seems to be a good fit.   “Honest Company was really helpful – they were upfront about everything and offered a good selection of choices. I bought a house in 2021 with a 22-year-old pool, and they had Blue Iguana come out to assess it. They provided a detailed explanation of the pool’s condition, which was great.” report abuse
