  “Honestly, it’s been a really disappointing experience. We’ve been a loyal client for over 15 years, weathering a lot of changes with the company – different owners and names. We were really looking forward to our Memorial Day party, but unfortunately, the pool was already green and needed immediate treatment.   Honestly, if you’re looking to maintain the exact same look of your pool or spa and don't mind paying a premium for that, then this company might be a good fit. It’s a bit disappointing, though, as I’ve been a customer since Josh took over and he seems to prioritize keeping things looking pristine. report abuse
