  I’m really disappointed with the experience today. An Arizona Materials concrete truck was speeding through our neighborhood, completely disregarding the speed limit and not slowing down at all. It was incredibly concerning, and trying to get the truck number while they were going so fast was impossible. To top it off, the operator I spoke with didn’t even know if they had any trucks working in our area – which is completely unacceptable. Honestly, the driver’s behavior was shockingly reckless and showed a profound lack of awareness. It felt like something out of a horror movie, and I hope they take this seriously and ensure their drivers are properly trained. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with Arizona Materials. I was driving on the I-10 freeway when a cement truck – clearly marked with their logo – merged in front of me and started throwing rocks, seriously damaging my windshield. I contacted the company to report it, but the representative I spoke with wasn’t helpful at all. Instead of investigating, she insisted I mail them a complaint form, even though I didn’t have the truck’s number. After waiting, they denied my windshield replacement request simply because I hadn't provided the truck number! I was absolutely furious, and I’m definitely taking my complaint further. report abuse

  “I was really concerned about the condition of the rock material delivered. I received quite a few rock chips and paint damage – about five, actually – from one of your trucks. It seemed like there wasn't enough care taken in handling the material, and frankly, it felt very unprofessional and a bit unsafe.” report abuse
