Honestly, I’ve been really disappointed with the management since Cobblestone took over. It’s been eight years since we moved in, and I’ve never experienced this level of delay. They hadn’t trimmed our palm trees until January – which is completely out of season and usually happens in July – and as you can see in the photos, it’s become a real issue.

“We’ve been enjoying the RV park for over three years, and it was generally a pleasant experience. However, we’ve consistently had issues with the gate security – they’re frequently malfunctioning, and recently they’ve been left completely open, day and night, with no one around to monitor access.”

“Overall, this RV and Manufactured Home Park is a really lovely place. It’s incredibly peaceful and well-kept – everything feels very clean and taken care of. The RV sites are generous in size and the hookups are easy to manage. It’s clear the residents take pride in their homes and the park as a whole.”

“Overall, it’s really disappointing to hear about the changes at this community. It seems like things have taken a turn for the worse since the new management took over. Residents are understandably unhappy, especially considering how lovely it used to be under the previous management. The lack of amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, and laundry room, combined with the stricter rules, has created a very negative atmosphere. It sounds like a significant shift has occurred.”

“Desertscape was fantastic! We were looking for a park model in Phoenix and really liked it. It’s a beautiful, brand-new community with a great gated entrance, a gorgeous pool (though it’s currently being upgraded), and very clean streets. But the best part was the staff – especially Peter, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just a really friendly guy. We’d definitely recommend checking it out!”

“I absolutely love DesertScape! It’s such a wonderful place with so many activities and a really friendly community. The regular meetings and social events are fantastic, and everyone is so kind and welcoming. It’s a truly safe and clean place to live, and I highly recommend it!”

“I was really disappointed with this place. It’s nowhere near what I expected from a resort – definitely not the kind with a golf course, multiple pools, or fancy restaurants. The biggest letdown was the complete lack of any equestrian facilities; there weren’t even horses to ride, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this location.”
-
“I was really concerned about the noise and activity at the RV site on Dunlap Street. It’s very close to the street, and there’s a constant loudspeaker announcing rules and asking people to leave if they’re causing trouble. It sounds like there’s a lot of loitering, and the police are regularly involved.”
-
“I’m really disappointed with the ongoing situation regarding the pool. It’s been closed for two summers now, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. Given the extended delays and broken promises about providing the amenities, Cobblestone needs to seriously consider offering a lot rent credit. With lot rent already so high – nearly $1000 – it’s becoming unsustainable for residents, especially seniors, to bear this cost.”
-
“Twila and her team were fantastic – so welcoming and gave us a really thorough tour of the park. We’re seriously considering buying a home there, and we especially loved the convenient location near the light rail, plus the recently remodeled clubhouse looks fantastic!”
