  We couldn’t be happier with the work Exterior Remodelers of America did on our house. We’d been searching for ages to find a company that could address the outdated siding, and Gregg was fantastic from the start. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the materials and the whole process, and he was always there to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable. Randy, our installer, was equally impressive – he really took pride in his work and paid such close attention to every detail. The transformation is absolutely stunning; it’s wonderful to come home and see our beautifully updated exterior.   We absolutely loved working with Exterior Remodelers of America! They completely transformed our 37-year-old brick home, adding siding that really brought it into a modern style – the gables, soffit, and fascia looked fantastic. The whole process, from signing the contract to the final result, was surprisingly quick, taking just over a month. We were particularly impressed with their thoroughness and how patiently they answered all of our questions. Our installer, Randy, was a pleasure to have around – friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. And the painters did an amazing job with the exterior paint as well! We’re already planning some interior renovations and will definitely be calling them again for any future exterior projects.   “We recently had Exterior Remodelers of America do a fantastic job updating our house – they replaced our soffits, fascia, and upper siding, and also painted the exterior. Honestly, we weren’t expecting such a dramatic difference! Before, we hadn’t really noticed how much of a difference a proper finish could make. It’s clear that not all contractors finish the soffits completely, which unfortunately led to some issues with pests. But ERA’s work has completely transformed our home, and we’re so grateful that they sealed everything up properly, eliminating the pest problems we were dealing with.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. The salesman came to my home with a lot of confidence about his experience with HOAs and assured me he could get approval on any paint colors and handle all the work for me. Once the contract was signed, he simply told me to fill out the Architectural Review application, which, unfortunately, was denied. I’ve since taken the initiative to appeal the decision myself. The salesperson’s only response was a dismissive ‘What are you going to do now?’ and he hasn’t returned any of my calls since.” report abuse
