Cole was fantastic – he really went above and beyond by calling me when he was on his way and clearly explaining everything that needed to be done. I really appreciate his customer service. However, I’m still waiting to hear back from the owner about the cement left on the street after the pool surface crew finished their work on June 16th. I’ve emailed and texted a few times, but haven’t received a response yet. It’s a little frustrating.
