  “I used this company for water damage remediation and paid the initial $1,500 deductible. I really wanted to make sure the job went smoothly, so I asked them to get all work approved by my insurance company beforehand. Unfortunately, after they completed the work, I noticed some discrepancies on the invoice – square footage and services that I hadn’t authorized. When I brought this to their attention, the communication became very difficult and frankly, hostile. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this company.” report abuse
