  “I hired this company for water damage remediation and paid the initial $1,500 deductible. I made it very clear that all work needed to be approved by my insurance company beforehand, to avoid any complications. Unfortunately, after they completed the job, I noticed some charges on the invoice for services and square footage that I didn’t receive, and when I raised these concerns, the communication became incredibly difficult. Honestly, my experience with this company was very negative, and I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse

  AZ HydroPro was fantastic – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ray and his team were incredibly responsive and professional, keeping us constantly updated throughout the entire process, which was hugely appreciated. Ray was particularly proactive, recognizing potential issues and stepping in to address them before they became problems, truly giving us peace of mind.
