  I was so impressed with the hardwood installation in our master bedroom – it was truly beautiful work and they were fantastic to work with. However, things unfortunately changed significantly after the initial installation. Their responsiveness and professionalism have completely fallen short of expectations, and I can no longer recommend them. report abuse

The installation itself was done quickly and to a very high standard, thanks to Rosemary’s excellent work. I especially appreciated Mark and Dan’s focus on customer service – it gave me complete confidence handing over the project to a licensed and trustworthy company.   “Dan and Mark were absolutely fantastic! We had a really tricky request – a beveled chevron pattern – and they were quick to jump on it the very next day. Honestly, we’ve tackled quite a few home projects ourselves and know what to expect from contractors, but Phoenix Flooring completely blew us away. They were incredibly knowledgeable about flooring and wood, and their attention to detail was just outstanding.   I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a consultation with Mark Williams, the owner, and he was very responsive initially, setting a specific time and date for the stair refinishing review. However, he completely failed to show up, didn’t send a single update, and ignored my messages. I’m sharing this experience to warn others – I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Mark Williams or this company. report abuse
