  “I was so surprised! I contacted them about getting a copy of an old survey they’d done for my house, and they actually sent me three copies completely free.   “We were so relieved to find Jonathan Stuhl and his team at NJSPLS. We’d been working on a renovation of our parents’ home since April, but hit a major snag – an old, unpermitted bathroom in the basement needed to be addressed before we could move forward. To do that, a flood certification was absolutely necessary. Jonathan was fantastic from the start; he responded to our inquiry within hours and quickly scheduled Kim, the surveyor, to come out. Kim was incredibly friendly and professional, and Jonathan kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, sending us all the information we needed and providing regular updates. Because of his efforts, it’s amazing to see that our home is finally being removed from the flood map after being in the zone for so long. We wholeheartedly recommend NJSPLS – they were incredibly responsive and professional.” report abuse

He was incredibly responsive and always kept us on schedule, which was a huge relief given how stressful building can be.   “I haven’t personally used their services, but I spoke with them and appreciated their honesty. They clearly explained that a full survey would be quite expensive, and since I already had one done during the closing process, it made much more sense to go with them just for the marking work – it was significantly more cost-effective.” report abuse
