  I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team at ARK – especially Dustin, Dylan, and Preston – for the fantastic job they did installing my interior French drain today. Dustin was fantastic, so knowledgeable and patient, and he really took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I completely understood the process.   Overall, I couldn't be happier with ARK’s work. They installed a French drain in my home and then even did the same for my daughter’s, and the results have been fantastic. I was particularly impressed with their responsiveness – Jim was really helpful in coordinating a service appointment for my daughter’s issue, and Fred and his partner were incredibly efficient and resolved the problem quickly, arriving early with everything they needed. It was all done in just a couple of hours!   I was absolutely thrilled with the work ARK’s team did installing our French drain and sump pump. Tyler and Johnnie were fantastic – so professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking.   ARK did a fantastic job installing the drainage and sump pump system in our basement. The whole process was really smooth and easy, from start to finish. We’ve been getting quotes from several companies for this kind of work, and Joe was a lifesaver – he was so knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure us into anything. He was definitely the most helpful! Plus, they were able to beat the price quote from another waterproofing company.
