“I can’t recommend Tait Engineering highly enough! They recently surveyed my property line, and I was so impressed with their professionalism and the fantastic price – they were the most affordable of the three companies I contacted in the NH/Wexford area, and they also completed the job the quickest. Maria and Erin were fantastic too; Maria was really upfront about the timeline, giving me an estimated 1.5-2 weeks for the survey, which was much faster than the other companies who were quoting 3-9 weeks. They even called a day ahead to let me know when they’d be coming. Seriously, 10 out of 10!”

“My experience with Maria at the front desk was incredibly disappointing. I sent a check two weeks ago, only to be told it had been cashed. When I followed up to inquire about the survey of my property, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, constantly interrupting me and displaying a hostile attitude. Frankly, it was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this company and I’ll be advising my friends to avoid them as well. To add to the frustration, they haven’t even provided me with an estimated timeframe for the survey, despite having my payment.”

“Overall, Allegheny Land Survey did a good job with my boundary survey. The work itself was completed satisfactorily. However, the project took significantly longer than initially estimated – almost double the time – and I found their communication to be lacking; I had to repeatedly follow up over several weeks to get updates. While their price was about 15% lower than another company, Tait Engineering, the extended timeline ultimately made me unhappy, especially considering the extra cost.”
