  “We’ve had a really frustrating experience with Allegheny Land Surveying. When we bought our property in 2005, they did the initial survey, but it turned out to be significantly inaccurate – over a foot off! We ended up having to pay Red Swing Survey to redo it, and the original survey was completely wrong. Because of this, we’ve had to rearrange our landscaping and build things in a way that doesn't match the true property lines. It’s unbelievable that we were forced to pay for a flawed survey, and the additional costs have been a huge burden. The survey itself shows very precise measurements, down to the tenth of a foot, yet the actual property line is clearly much further away. Honestly, it feels like we paid for a drawing a child could have done, and we’re still dealing with the consequences.” report abuse
